One academic year’s worth of tuition and living expenses at ISH are covered by the scholarships. Please be aware that these scholarships do not cover travel,
IOE Centenary Masters Scholarships living expenses, or subsistence in London. Subject to satisfactory progress, the scholarships are renewable for one academic year.

The following subjects can be IOE Centenary Masters Scholarships studied through this scholarship program.
The UCL Institute of Education offers full-time taught master’s degree programs in all subjects. Online courses are not eligible for these scholarships.
IOE – Fulbright Scholarships
IOE is delighted to be a Fulbright Commission partner. Because of our partnership, we are able to jointly award two prizes to US citizens each year:
- A yearly Postgraduate Understudy Grant for expert’s review at IOE. This award’s 2022-23 applications are now closed.
- an annual Distinguished Teacher Award in which selected teachers participate in a research project at IOE as part of the award’s program.
- Between December and January, applications for this award for and 2023 will be accepted.
- IOE pays the student’s tuition and stipend for one year of full-time master’s level study for the Postgraduate Student Award.
- The IOE Fulbright award is a highly regarded honor that draws applicants from all over the world.
Successful applicants for the Distinguished Teacher Award receive a Fulbright grant to cover their airfare, lodging, and meals for the duration of the program. IOE offers a variety of practical assistance in addition to academic mentoring.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates IOE Centenary Masters Scholarships ought to
be citizens and residents of a low- or middle-income country that, according to the World Bank’s GNI per capita classification tables, has a GNI of no more than $8000 per capita.
They will receive an unconditional offer to pursue a full-time master’s degree at the UCL Institute of Education in London (beginning in September or October ).

Candidates who wish to submit an application for the Centenary Master’s Scholarships must:
- domiciled in a qualified low or lower-center pay country as per the World Bank arrangement (see above list)

- not have examined or lived in that frame of mind previously.
