Starting Salary & Flight Pay:
Your pay includes three parts: a fixed basic salary, hourly pay for flights you work, and a meal allowance for overseas flights.
Basic Salary:** AED 4,650 per month
Flight Pay:** AED 63.75 per hour, based on an average of 80-100 hours per month
Average Total Pay:** AED 10,388 per month (around USD 2,828, EUR 2,519, or GBP 2,165)
These figures are estimates for Grade II (Economy Class).
Leave & Travel:
You’ll get 30 days of leave each year. Plus, you’ll receive a free annual leave ticket to your home country. After three years of service, this ticket can be used for any Emirates destination.
Medical and Insurance:
All Cabin Crew are covered by life and personal accident insurance worldwide, 24/7. Emirates provides a full medical and dental package at Emirates Clinics. Additionally, a non-contributory end of service benefit (EOSB) is provided, which is a lump sum payment based on your salary, given at the end of your contract.
Eligibility
To be considered for Emirates cabin crew, you must:
– Be fluent in written and spoken English (knowing additional languages is a plus)
– Work well with others and have an energetic personality.
– Be at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm high
– Meet the UAE’s employment visa requirements
You also need:
- At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- A minimum of a high school education (Grade 12).
- No visible tattoos when wearing the Emirates cabin uniform.
